Documented proof and clear financial transactions between business and personal accounts, if applicable, or proof of purchase of property and subsequent sale or donation, with details of the source of the donor’s funds or inheritance information.

Moving to another country for permanent residence
Residing outside the United States for more than one year without obtaining a re-entry permit or permanent resident alien return visa.
Staying outside the United States for more than 2 years after admission without obtaining a visa to return to the United States.
Failure to file an income tax return while residing outside the United States for a specified period of time.
Reporting yourself as a “nonimmigrant” on your tax return
Hold an unconditional green card for at least 5 years immediately prior to the date of application.
Have resided in the state or USCIS district in which the applicant resides for at least 3 months prior to the date of application
Be physically present in the United States for at least 30 months during the 5 years preceding the date of application.
Reside continuously in the United States from the date of filing the naturalization application to the date of naturalization.
Be able to read, write, and speak English and have a knowledge and understanding of the history and government of the United States (civics).
Be a man of good moral character, adhere to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and be willing to secure the good order and happiness of the United States at all times within the law.
